The Panther

The central Chinese characters on the badge depict the word “Panther” - the defining signature of Shaolin Kickboxing and symbolic of the founder, Mr. Kingsley Morgan. The image below depicts the panther in a struggle with a cobra and is to be found on shaolin uniforms and clothing.

Shaolin Kickboxing in the Community

Shaolin Kickboxing Club is proud to be supported by Hertsmere Borough and St Albans City and District Councils.

The club and its Chief Instructor were recognised in 2007 by the Herts Sports Partnership Service to Sport Awards. This paid tribute to the truly exceptional accomplishments of sports volunteers who have given their time and effort to make sport happen around the county. Click on the links below left for more information.

All our Instructors are dedicated martial arts experts who have volunteered to teach and support the community. In addition to running regular classes, Shaolin club instructors teach at a number of schools, special care facilities, social and youth clubs and camps.

One of the institutions we have supported is the Park Education Support Centre, a pupil referral unit, in Potters Bar.

The picture shows the Chief Instructor putting some of the students through their paces.
